Body Transformation
 I am going to start my transformation to get my body back to 120 pounds~ my goal is 30lbs in 90 days. I weighed 171 pounds and being 5'1 I was very round....so that was a year ago and slowly been bringing my weight down. I have been stuck at 152 to 155 for a few months and the only reason I am stuck is my lack of working out. I eat healthy, veggies, fruit lean meats and fish, whole wheat bread. I do not eat low calories foods you would find in the store, I do not buy lean cuisines. I stick to natural foods. I don't believe a lot of the so called low fat foods you find in the store are very healthy for you, but that's for another blog. "What are you putting in your body"  Anyhoo...I am putting together my week’s menu, so I stay on task, and I am writing down my daily work outs, starting with Monday to Sunday. I will sit down each week and put together my week’s goals and work out projects. Keeping a daily journal of the foods I eat and the workouts I do. Hope you will follow along. I will post something daily about my progress. I feel this way I am accountable for everything I do.   Let the transformation begin :)
