I have decided that the only way to make actual changes in your life you have to make a plan and set a goal. I started my weightloss journey with no plan and so there was no action. I will spend the next couple of days planning everything from my excercises, to what foods I will be eating for the week and each week I will update it with the next week food preparations and excercises and my weekly entry as to where I am on inches lost/weight loss to make sure I am staying on track.
My goal is to be a size 2 to 4 by this time next year....my ideal goal can be accomplished in 90 days, but I want to maintain it and make it a habit to keep and stay that next year I will just be maintaining my body and excercise regimen.
