Don't get discouraged~

I have been working out...cardio, leg excercises and I feel like I am getting fatter and I am starting to gain weight, but I realize...I am building muscles that will soon start burning the fat and I will start looking toned.  It's all a process to get the body you want.  Until I start seeing major changes I am sticking to eating healthy and cardio.
