Total Health
I have decided that the only way to make actual changes in your life you have to make a plan and set a goal. I started my weightloss journey with no plan and so there was no action. I will spend the next couple of days planning everything from my excercises, to what foods I will be eating for the week and each week I will update it with the next week food preparations and excercises and my weekly entry as to where I am on inches lost/weight loss to make sure I am staying on track.
My goal is to be a size 2 to 4 by this time next year....my ideal goal can be accomplished in 90 days, but I want to maintain it and make it a habit to keep and stay that next year I will just be maintaining my body and excercise regimen.

Don't get discouraged~
I have been working out...cardio, leg excercises and I feel like I am getting fatter and I am starting to gain weight, but I realize...I am building muscles that will soon start burning the fat and I will start looking toned. It's all a process to get the body you want. Until I start seeing major changes I am sticking to eating healthy and cardio.

I want these abs!!
I have fell behind this weekend no cardio to speak of...did some leg excercises
I really need to get some cardio in and work the arms. Going grocery shopping for nothing but veggies, lean meat and fruit. That is what is on the menu this week!!
I'll start posting some recipes soon...once I figure out how to make another tab just for recipes. I have some yummy low carb, low calories and great tasting recipes I created. :)
